One tool, one team, no payments or customer data to migrate. Logins, data security and backups.
Example: an internal estimator used by 8 staff.
Customer or staff data, logins and permissions, payments or QuickBooks sync, backups, monitoring, safe releases, runbook.
Example: a client portal with invoices for a 40-person firm.
Several connected tools, payments, customer records across locations, deep QuickBooks or CRM integration.
Example: a dispatch app, a driver app and a billing dashboard sharing one database.
Four things decide the price: how many tools are connected, whether money moves through the app, how sensitive the data is, and how many locations or customer groups use it. The size of the app matters less than most owners think.
| Factor | Pushes the price down | Pushes it up |
|---|---|---|
| Connected tools | One app | Several sharing data |
| Payments | None | Stripe + QuickBooks |
| Data | Internal only | Customer, health or card data |
| Users | One team | Several locations or client groups |
| Who owns the accounts | Already yours | Spread across freelancers |

As of October 2026, published prices for fixing AI-built apps run from about $200 for a one-off check to $50,000 for a full rescue, and $80,000 or more for an agency rebuild. Cheaper options check or patch; a rescue changes what holds the weight and takes responsibility for it.
| Option | Typical published price | What you get | Good fit when |
|---|---|---|---|
| One-off security or launch check | $200–$800 | A list of issues, no fixes | A pre-launch app with no real data yet |
| Audit plus targeted fixes | $1,500–$8,000 | A report and a handful of fixes | One known problem, a technical person on staff |
| Fixed-price rescue sprint (us) | $7,500–$50,000 | Freeze, fixed scope, fixes, monitoring, runbook, support | A business runs on it every day |
| Agency rebuild | $80,000–$200,000 | A new app, 4–6 months | Nothing is worth keeping |
| Full-time developer | $150,000+ a year | One person, if you can hire one | You plan to build software long-term |

At Fix Forward Labs, the same bands apply whatever tool built it: from $7,500 for a small internal tool, typically $12,500 to $25,000, and up to $50,000 for several connected tools with payments. As of October 2026, Lovable apps most often need data access rules in Supabase and real logins, which fit the typical band.
Hourly billing puts the risk on you: every surprise adds to the bill. We confirm one fixed number at the end of week 1, after mapping every screen, table and integration. If the job turns out bigger, we re-quote and you can walk away with the findings.
It can be, for an app that isn’t live or holds no customer data. A checklist audit lists problems; it doesn’t fix them, take over ownership or monitor the app afterwards. If your team or customers depend on the app daily, the fix is where the money is saved.
All four 4F phases: Freeze, Find, Fix and Forward. That means emergency fixes in the first 3 days, a written map, the fixes themselves, weekly demos, monitoring setup, a runbook, a 60-minute handoff call and 30 days of support. Hosting and tool subscriptions stay on your own bills.
Your own hosting, database and tool subscriptions, which we often reduce during the Sprint. Forward Care is optional at $1,000 to $3,000 a month. Without Care, you get the runbook and can hand the app to your own team or any developer.
Every Sprint is already split: 40% to start, 30% at the midpoint demo and 30% at launch. For Sprints over $30,000 we can split the final payment further. We don’t take equity or revenue share.
Rarely. An agency rebuild typically costs $80,000 to $200,000 and takes 4 to 6 months, and you lose workflows your team already uses. A rebuild makes sense when nothing holds weight. The free Scan tells you which is cheaper for your app, in writing.
We review prices monthly and show the date at the top of this page. A price quoted in your Scan or Sprint proposal holds for 30 days. Forward Care prices are fixed for the first 12 months of your plan.
