Fix Forward Labs is the business responsible for the information you send through this website. If you have a question about it, email hello@fixforwardlabs.com.
What we collect
Only what you type into the Forward Scan form: your email, first name, company, website, what built your app, whether it’s live, what it handles, how many people use it, where we can see it and your note about the biggest worry. We receive the first part when you press “Continue” and the rest when you submit.
While you fill in the form, your browser keeps your answers in session storage so the next step and the thank-you page can use them. It is cleared when you close the tab.
We don’t use analytics, advertising tags or tracking cookies. If that changes, we’ll update this page first.
Why we use it
To do your Forward Scan, send you the results and reply to your questions. We don’t sell it, share it for advertising or add you to a newsletter.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare hosts this website and runs the form. Like any web host, it handles your IP address and keeps short-lived logs for security.
- Resend delivers the form to our team and sends you the confirmation email.
Access to your app
For a Scan we work from read-only access you can remove at any time. We never need passwords sent by email, and we never change anything in your app during a Scan.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to deliver your Scan and follow up. Ask us to delete it at any time and we will.
Search engines and AI crawlers
Our public pages are open to search engines and AI assistants (such as Google, Bing, ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity) so they can quote our prices and definitions accurately. What you send through the form is never public.
