Fix Forward Sprint · Fixed price · 2 to 8 weeks
A Fix Forward Sprint makes the app your team built with AI safe to run the business on. We stop the damage in 3 days, confirm a fixed price in week 1, then fix what holds the weight and keep everything your team already uses.
Every Sprint starts with a free Scan, so you see the price band first.
A Fix Forward Sprint is a fixed-price rescue for business apps built with AI tools like Lovable, Bolt and Replit. As of October 2026 it costs from $7,500, typically $12,500 to $25,000, and runs 3 to 6 weeks. It covers real logins, data security, payments, backups, monitoring and safe releases, and ends with a written runbook, a 60-minute handoff call and 30 days of support.

AI tools are great at screens and workflows. They usually skip the parts that keep a business safe. A Sprint adds exactly those.
Everyone gets their own account, with password reset. No more shared logins.
Staff, clients and subcontractors see only their own records.
Moved out of the code, rotated, stored safely.
Stripe and QuickBooks agree, failed payments get flagged.
Daily, tested, and you know how to restore them.
We hear about errors before your customers call.
Changes are tested on a copy first, so a fix doesn’t break Monday.
Code, database and hosting in your company’s accounts.
Stop active damage: rotate leaked keys, close open data, back up the database, pause anything losing money.
You get: A list of what we closed.
Map every screen, table, integration and cost. Confirm your fixed price in writing.
You get: A written map and your fixed price.
Rebuild what holds the weight: logins, permissions, payments, data rules, releases, monitoring. Keep the screens your team knows.
You get: A demo every week.
Launch, train your team, hand over the runbook, start 30 days of support.
You get: The runbook, the handoff call, 30 days of support.

We keep
We rebuild
If the Scan shows a rebuild or an off-the-shelf product is cheaper, we tell you in writing.
One tool, one team, no payments: logins, data security and backups.
Most business apps: data, logins, payments, backups, monitoring, runbook.
Several connected tools, payments, records across locations, deep QuickBooks or CRM work.
40% deposit starts week 1 · 30% at the midpoint demo · 30% at launch · Forward Care starts the month after your 30 days of support.
The week-1 rule: If week 1 shows the job is bigger than the band, we re-quote. If you don’t like the new number, you stop, keep the findings and owe only the deposit.
Until a client-approved teardown is published
Every Sprint starts from one of these. It lists the top risks in plain English, ranked by money and data at stake.
Most Fix Forward Sprints take 3 to 6 weeks. Smaller scopes (one tool, no payments) finish in 2 to 3 weeks; several connected tools with payments and integrations take up to 8. Active damage like open data or exposed keys is closed in the first 3 days, before the main fix begins.
The Scan gives you a band. Week 1 of the Sprint maps every screen, table and integration and confirms one fixed number in writing. That number doesn’t change unless you add scope. No hourly billing, no open-ended estimates, no surprise invoices at the end.
Usually yes. “Vibe-coded” apps, built by prompting an AI tool, tend to have good screens and weak foundations. We keep the screens and workflows your team uses and rebuild only what holds the weight: logins, permissions, payments, data rules, releases and monitoring.
Access to the app, its code or repository, its database and its hosting account, plus 30 minutes a week from whoever knows the business process best. You don’t need a technical person on staff. We set up any accounts that should be in your company’s name.
We re-quote before any more work starts. You can accept the new number or stop, keep the written findings report, and pay only the deposit. This is written into the contract, so you never carry the risk of a surprise.
Very little. Because we keep the screens and workflows they already use, most changes are invisible except new personal logins. In the final week we run a short training session and leave a written runbook for anything that changed.
Yes. Most apps built with Lovable, Bolt and similar tools run on Supabase or Firebase, and many take payments through Stripe or sync with QuickBooks. Locking down who can see what in the database and making payments and books agree are among the most common Sprint tasks.
Yes. A Sprint fixes the issues those questionnaires ask about, such as personal logins, access control, backups and encryption, and we give you plain-English answers to send back. We don’t issue certifications like SOC 2, but we leave you in a position to answer honestly.
You do, entirely. The code, database, hosting and every key live in accounts in your company’s name, and the runbook lists them. If the app currently sits in a freelancer’s account, moving it to yours is part of the Sprint.
You choose. Most clients move to Forward Care at $1,000 to $3,000 a month for monitoring, patches and small changes, with a quarterly re-scan. Others hand the runbook to their own team. Either way, nothing is locked to us.
